Safety Director & Training Program Manager (Spring)

Job Summary

The Safety Director & Training Program Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of workplace safety and employee training across the company. This role ensures compliance with OSHA, ANSI, and state-specific safety regulations while fostering a proactive safety culture. In addition, the position designs, develops, and manages the companys training programs, including onboarding, safety certifications, skills development, and leadership training. The Safety Director will collaborate with senior leadership, supervisors, and field staff to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-trained workforce.

Roles & Responsibilities

Safety Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide safety policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with OSHA, ANSI, and state requirements.
• Lead safety audits, inspections, and jobsite visits to ensure compliance and identify risk mitigation opportunities.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to update programs and maintain compliance.
• Promote a culture of safety through leadership visibility, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
