Mastercard Move is our comprehensive portfolio of money movement capabilities, powering a wide range of payment experiencesfrom individual transfers to large-scale disbursements. This includes Mastercard Send services, which enable secure, near-instant delivery of funds across card rails. The Role : As Lead Product Manager Technical, you will drive the strategy, development, and delivery of platform capabilities and infrastructure services that support Mastercard Send and related products. You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions are competitive, scalable, and aligned with market needs.

All About You

Deep understanding of Mastercard's authorization, clearing, and settlement systems (preferred). Added advantage if you have a deep understanding on reconciliation processes with clearing, billing etc. Strong technical and product background with the ability to engage engineering teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Extensive experience in global payments, especially in money transfer and remittances. Proven leadership with a bias for action, accountability, and strategic execution. Skilled in agile product development, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Exceptional communication, documentation, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and under pressure. Experience managing services that span multiple products and geographies. Passionate about driving a world beyond cash and delivering impactful solutions globally.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
