Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Integration Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions for Salesforce with other platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and data flow across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Integration Strategy & Design : Develop integration strategies and solutions to connect Salesforce with external systems, including ERPs, CRMs, and custom-built platforms.
- Implementation & Development : Lead the development of integration solutions using tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or other middleware platforms.
- API Management : Design and implement APIs for real-time and batch data integration between Salesforce and other systems.
- Data Mapping & Migration : Create data mapping and migration solutions to ensure smooth data flow between Salesforce and integrated platforms.
- Customization & Configuration : Configure Salesforce for integration purposes, including developing custom objects, fields, workflows, and rules to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization : Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring smooth and efficient system operations.
- Documentation & Best Practices : Maintain integration documentation, including flow diagrams, data mapping, and system configurations, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Collaboration : Work closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, and external vendors to ensure integration solutions meet business needs and technical specifications.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : 4+ years of experience in Salesforce integration or a similar role.Salesforce Certifications : Salesforce Platform Developer I / II, Integration Architecture Designer, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of REST / SOAP APIs, integration tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar platforms.Development Skills : Proficiency in Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) and integration technologies.Data Migration : Experience with ETL processes, data mapping, and migration between Salesforce and other platforms.Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve integration issues.Communication : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.Preferred Qualifications :
