ANI Advisory Group is hiring an ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. This is an entry-level position built for candidates who want to start a career in sales, customer service, and account management while representing cutting-edge fiber internet and telecommunications services.
As a Sales Representative, you will engage with customers face-to-face, present fiber internet and wireless solutions, and guide them through the process of service activations, billing support, upgrades, and account changes. This is a performance-driven role with weekly pay, uncapped commission, and long-term career growth opportunities.
Responsibilities of a Sales Representative
- Promote fiber internet, wireless, and telecommunications solutions to new and existing customers, using lead-generated accounts
- Assist with account activations, service upgrades, billing inquiries, and plan changes
- Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and recommending sales solutions
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals by presenting promotions, packages, and upgrades
- Maintain accurate customer accounts, sales activity records, and account updates
- Represent the company with professionalism, product knowledge, and a customer-first approach
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to reach sales, customer service, and business development goals
