Spanish Healthcare Tier 2 / Outbound Call Center Agent - MUST HAVE HEALTHCARE Experience

New agents will undergo up to four weeks of training, scheduled from 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM CST, before transitioning to their assigned shifts.

• Role Overview :
• As a Tier 2 / Outbound Call Center Agent, you will serve as a critical point of contact for members, resolving complex benefit and coverage issues with empathy and precision. You'll work closely with internal systems and external partners to ensure timely and accurate support.

• Deep understanding of health plans and benefit offerings to resolve nuanced coverage issues.

• Demonstrate ownership and initiative while supporting team goals and departmental success.
• Problem Solving :
• Use available technology and resources to troubleshoot prior authorization issues and coordinate across pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs).
• Empathy :
• Apply strong customer service and de-escalation skills to support members through challenging claims situations.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 / hr.
