Job Description

Primary Accountability

The Staff Dentist is responsible for the provision of dental services in a Patient Centered Health Home context, with a focus on access to care.

Description of Primary Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the direct provision of dental services meeting all established productivity expectations.

Will provide comprehensive dental examination and will review appropriate x-rays, medical and dental histories to determine a diagnosis.

Evaluate the current health and condition of the patient's teeth to determine the diagnosis of any existing dental condition.

Consistently behaves with courtesy when interacting with patients / family members, support staff and Network staff.

Dental Provider remains aware of wait time during the daily workflow.

Participates in Network Health Fairs, screening activities and other community outreach events.

$178,404.65 - $285,447.44 + PLUS SIGNIFICANT ADDITIONAL ANNUAL EARNING POTENTIAL through outpatient productivity and quality pay, generous retention payments, shift differential pay, and extra shift pay.
