The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and maintain operations to ensure production, quality, safety, and workflow efficiencies are met. Ideal Candidate will have recent experience within Manufacturing Operations, oversight of Production Operations.

Responsibilities

• Directs, plans and coordinates activities relative to production, establishes priorities of product and workflow.
• Oversees the selection of maintenance of equipment and determination of required resources.
• Monitors production processes, adjusts or revises production schedules and priorities to accommodate business needs.
• Evaluates machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
• Collaborates with other managers and leads to coordinate activities in and among departments.
• Collects, evaluates, analyzes, and assesses production data.
• Regularly inspects and evaluates products for quality and defects.
• Identifies and corrects problems and inefficiencies in process, materials, equipment, or skills.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and best practices including those related to safety and health.
• Ensures adequate scheduling of staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Leadership Responsibilities :

Pay range depending on experience : $87,000 - $120,000
