About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Driver to operate our employee shuttle bus (up to 39 passengers) between Ely and our farm location, with one scheduled stop in McGill. The shuttle departs Ely at 5 : 40 a.m. daily to arrive onsite by 7 : 00 a.m. and returns at 3 : 30 p.m. This full-time role plays a key part in ensuring our team arrives to work safely and on time.

Core Duties & Responsibilities
Safely operate a 39-passenger shuttle bus to transport employees to and from the farmFollow scheduled routes and maintain an accurate time and passenger logConduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspectionsEnsure passenger safety and adherence to all transportation rulesMaintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the shuttle busCommunicate clearly with passengers and management as neededMaintain inventory on bus for safety equipmentReport any delays, mechanical issues, or incidents promptlyRequirements
Must be at least 25 years old (required for insurance purposes)Possess a valid Nevada Class C or Class A or B with a Passenger EndorsementClean driving record (no DUI history)Ability to pass a background check and obtain required cannabis industry credentialsPass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testingFamiliar with GPS systems and smartphone appsExcellent communication skills and a team-player mindsetFlexibility to work occasional weekends and holidaysPhysical Requirements
