What to Expect

  • Guide customers through software implementation and act as a liaison between the employer and clients.
  • Analyze customer business goals and needs to ensure effective adoption of the Trimble ConstructionOne product suite.
  • Develop software designs tailored to meet customers\' business requirements.
  • Provide consulting services including business process reviews, setup, testing, and training.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to achieve utilization targets.

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in business / accounting, training, or technology.
  • Minimum of 2 years of software consulting experience.
  • Strong customer support experience with project management and change management skills.
  • Proven client-management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations in North America for 3-5 day durations.
