We're looking for a driven, passionate, and relationship-focused Dermatology Sales Representative to join our growing field team. In this role, you will be responsible for building Bubble's presence and credibility within the dermatology community, fostering relationships, educating healthcare professionals, and driving patient referrals through deep trust and authentic engagement.
You will bring science and storytelling together, translating Bubble's clinical innovation and inclusive mission into meaningful connections that inspire dermatologists and their teams to champion our products.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Execute Field Strategies and Drive Growth
Execute regional field strategies designed to expand Bubble's dermatology footprint and drive awareness and advocacy.
Achieve performance targets, KPIs, and sales goals in partnership with the VP of Dermatology.
Maintain a clear routing schedule to maximize reach and efficiency across assigned territories.
Leverage CRM tools to track activity, analyze performance data, and identify new opportunities.
2. Lead Product Sampling and Demonstrations
Conduct in-person product sampling sessions and educational presentations with dermatologists and clinic staff.
Confidently demonstrate Bubble's formulations, highlighting their clinical benefits, ingredients, and outcomes.
Maintain an organized and efficient sample inventory to ensure timely, high-quality engagement with every office.
3. Build and Deepen Relationships
Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with dermatologists, healthcare professionals, and clinic teams.
Conduct consistent in-office visits and follow-ups to maintain high visibility and trust.
Represent Bubble at regional and national conferences, industry events, and professional meetings.
4. Deliver Market Insights and Strategic Feedback
Gather and share market intelligence, including competitive activity, emerging trends, and product feedback.
Provide regular insights to leadership to help refine strategies, messaging, and field initiatives.
5. Stay Informed and Continuously Learn
Stay up to date on dermatology and skincare science, industry trends, and new product launches.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to deepen knowledge and improve field effectiveness.
Collaborate cross-functionally to share learnings, insights, and best practices across the team.
Experienced in field sales, preferably within dermatology, aesthetics, skincare, or pharmaceutical environments.
Skilled in medical detailing, product education, and professional relationship management.
A confident, empathetic communicator with the ability to connect authentically with healthcare professionals.
Highly organized and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with internal partners.
Willing to travel regularly within the assigned territory and attend key conferences or sales meetings.
