Work Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Job Description :

Addison Group is actively seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal with Mass Tort experience for our client located in Dallas, TX . This role will support a high-volume legal team managing complex multi-jurisdictional cases, particularly in areas such as asbestos litigation and rideshare / sexual assault matters. The ideal candidate will bring significant litigation expertise, especially in large-scale case management, discovery, and trial prep.

This is an onsite position offering a fast-paced environment and long-term potential for the right fit.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a high volume of active litigation files, including document tracking and deadline oversight
• Coordinate directly with clients, attorneys, and legal staff to ensure timely progression of cases
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence
• Prepare for hearings and trials, including exhibit and document preparation
• Support attorneys during the discovery process including gathering, reviewing, and producing relevant materials
• Maintain comprehensive and organized case files and litigation databases
• Conduct legal research and provide case updates to internal teams
• Assist in case resolution processes including settlement coordination and follow-up documentation
