Position Overview : The Logistics Operations Manager will oversee and manage the efficient flow of inbound materials from suppliers to our wind factories and own port relationships in the US. This role is critical in ensuring that materials arrive on time, meet quality standards, and support production schedules. The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement solutions for efficient inbound logistics operations.
• First point of contact for the factories as it relates to inbound logistics.
• Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
• Monitor and optimize transportation routes and schedules

The base pay range for this position is $98,400.00 - $131,200.00 - $164,000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 15% Annual variable incentive bonus.
