We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and motivated candidate for an Intake Specialist position at our law firm in the Intake department. The candidate we are seeking for this position is organized, professional, responsible, capable of working with limited supervision and committed to helping us meet all our clients' needs. There will be training for the beginning period before working with limited supervision. This person must be a team player and be self-motivated, and able to keep up with a fast pace. This position will eventually require after-hour work on weeknights and on the weekend once candidate is fully trained.

Responsibilities and duties include :

• Collecting potential new client (PNC) information;
• Maintaining office cell phone;
• Answering PNC calls during work hours and after;
• Creating claims with insurance companies;
• Sending out correspondence to insurance companies;
• Inputting case information into case management software;
