Summary of the Job :
This position is responsible for researching and resolving internal and external requests for adjustments while supporting account information accuracy. The role requires strong cross-departmental collaboration to enhance customer satisfaction and retention while ensuring compliance with bank policies, laws, regulations, and the BSA / AML program.
Key Responsibilities
Core Functions
- Research and resolve adjustment and research requests with precision and timeliness
- Process and fulfill subpoena requests for Legal department
- Conduct balance reconciliation and research for General Ledger accounts
- Maintain organized warehouse storage of records
- Actively participate in daily Continuous Improvement MDI team processes
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Serve as a liaison between operational departments and customer-facing teamsBuild and maintain productive working relationships with key internal partners including :Corporate Treasury Services (CTS)Retail BankingLegalFirst National Information Technology (FNIT)Other First National Operations (FNO) groupsAudit and ComplianceCollaborate with other financial institutions to resolve inter-bank inquiriesAdvocate for customers' interests across organizational boundariesPerformance & Development
Meet or exceed department accuracy and productivity standardsComplete all assigned formal and on-the-job training to maintain role competencyContribute to process improvement initiatives across departmental boundariesUnderstand and anticipate customer needs, providing solutions that exceed expectationsThe Ideal Candidate for This Role :
Basic Qualifications
Education & Skills
High School Diploma or GEDExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficient with PC / Microsoft Office applicationsStrong email communication skills with proper grammar and punctuationWork Style & Attributes

Compensation range (base pay) : $36,720.00-$58,752.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and / or skill level.
