Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $1,000 Hiring Bonus
Location : Portland, OR
Schedule : Full-Time; Tuesday / Wednesday / Saturday 4-10p & Thursday / Friday 2-10p

What You’ll Do as a DSP :
- Build person-centered relationships that promote independence, dignity, and joy.
- Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and personal care.
- Support individuals in enjoying community activities, recreation, and personal goals.
- Encourage skill development and social connections.
- Follow individualized support plans and behavioral strategies (training provided).
- Administer medications safely and maintain accurate records.
- Help ensure the home environment is safe, clean, and welcoming.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience as a DSP, caregiver, personal support worker, or in human services is a plus—but no experience is required !Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.Valid driver’s license and ability to be approved as a company driver.Pass a national background check.Strong communication skills, compassion, and patience.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility support.Why You’ll Love Working at CAS :
