    The Company is in search of a VP, Performance Media to lead its in-house media team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the digital and media strategy across a wide range of channels, including paid media, SEO / SEM, programmatic, social, video, and emerging technologies. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker who can ensure that media strategies align with business objectives, drive brand awareness, and support customer acquisition. The VP will also be tasked with managing a large team of media experts, overseeing comprehensive media planning and buying strategies, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners is essential to maximize the effectiveness of full-funnel campaigns.

    Applicants for the VP, Performance Media position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 12 years in marketing or agency roles, and at least 8 years leading media strategy. The role requires a proven track record in managing diverse media channels, deep familiarity with the digital marketing ecosystem, and experience with AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be adept at multi-channel media attribution, and have a background in digital transformation. The VP will be expected to champion the integration of AI tools, drive innovation, and ensure the ethical application of technology in media practices. Strong leadership, mentoring, and influencing skills are also a must, as is the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
