Physical Therapist (Part-Time) - Flexible, Therapist-Owned Practice

About the Role :

You’ll provide one-on-one, in-home care to adults with neurological and mobility challenges. These are patients who are not homebound, but prefer the convenience of receiving therapy at their residence.

What are my responsibilities?

Identify and meet patients goals and needs
Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
Manage your own schedule and varying clientele
Document patient care services

You’ll Be Great Here If You :

Are a licensed PT in South Carolina

Have 1+ year of experience with adults / geriatrics or home health

Are self-motivated, dependable, and love building relationships

Enjoy flexibility and autonomy in your day
