Your role will involve collaborating with healthcare professionals, offering health assessments, administering medication, and coordinating patient care plans. With exceptional communication and organizational skills, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring the highest standard of care for each patient.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' conditions and adjust care plans as necessary
• Provide emotional support and educate patients and their families
• Coordinate and communicate with healthcare professionals and family members
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
