About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our community located in The Mark, TX. As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the property is well-maintained, fully occupied, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with our residents to provide exceptional customer service and ensure their needs are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the property's budget and financial performance, as well as supervising a team of leasing and maintenance professionals.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 3+ years of experience in affordable housing property management
• Strong knowledge of Yardi Systems and lease administration
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
