Key Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing, ensuring a seamless candidate experience

Develop and maintain high assessment standards for candidate screening and evaluation

Collaborate with hiring managers to create and execute talent and hiring strategies

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in B2B SaaS environments

Proven ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels

Strong track record of closing candidates in complex offer scenarios

Demonstrated ability to excel in remote work settings
