  • Shift : Varied 24-hour in-house coverage; flexible scheduling for work-life balance\n

  • Pay Rate : $260 / hour\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $5460 - $5850\n

    • \n\nOB / GYN Physician Qualifications\n \n

  • Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB / GYN) [Required] \n
  • Active Ohio medical license or eligibility for IMLC compact licensure [Preferred] \n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience in OB / GYN hospitalist or women's health care [Required] \n
  • Completion of prescreen questionnaire and CV submission (MM / YYYY format, all gaps explained)\n

    • \n\nKey Responsibilities\n \n

  • Deliver 24-hour in-house OB / GYN hospitalist coverage for obstetric and gynecologic emergencies\n
  • Manage OB / GYN patients in the emergency department and inpatient hospital setting\n
  • Collaborate with community OBs, family medicine physicians, and sub-specialists to ensure continuity and quality of care\n
  • Perform OB triage, admissions, inpatient care, and deliveries for hospitalized patients\n
  • Communicate in real-time with office physicians regarding triage visits, new issues, and deliveries\n
  • Participate in multidisciplinary OB critical care and best practice initiatives\n
