• The Engineering Technician provides tier 2 and 3 system support.
• They assist the Government by providing large scale computer systems for hardware failures and applicable optimizations.
• Additionally, they provide management of board processes which include on-site and off-site depot coordination, troubleshooting and fault isolation.
• The position location is Ft.
• Meade, MD.
• The position requires 24x7x365 on-site monitoring and support.
• Nights, weekends, and holidays are eligible for shift premium wages.

Required Qualifications Active TS / SCI w / full scope polygraph Ability to support large scale computer system assembly, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and shipping Ability to monitor, track, and provide status / alerts to support teams when issues arise Support a shifts within a 24x7x365 schedule; day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts Clearance Requirement :
