About the Role

The Front of House Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that guests receive outstanding service and that the team is motivated and efficient.

Base pay range

$55,000.00 / yr - $65,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Manage front of house staff and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the restaurant\'s daily operations and maintain quality standards.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Train and develop new staff members.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
