Marketing Specialist

A company is looking for a Marketing Specialist 1 to manage communications related to operational incidents in the Health Benefit Account and Directed Spend business.

Key Responsibilities

Write and edit communications addressing operational incidents, including letters, emails, and portal messages

Attend issue management meetings to interpret technical incidents and create actionable messaging

Collaborate cross-functionally to execute supporting collateral and manage the internal email platform

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in communications and / or consumer marketing

1+ years of experience creating comprehensive marketing strategies

Proficiency with MS Office : Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Proven writing and editing skills across various channels
