job_description.job_card.job_descriptionHigh School Diploma or GED completed AND at least one semester of college coursework or currently enrolled in college At least 6 months of paid or volunteer experience working with children, preferably in educational or therapeutic settings (ABA experience is a plus) Smartphone or similar device capable of capturing client session data; tech-savvy Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs is a plus Ability to pass criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and immunities to MMR / VZV during onboarding (paid for by us) Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and car insurance Ability to keep up with active children; energetic, enthusiastic, and professional Learn directly from Board Certified Behavioral Analysts to provide therapy to children and families in need of support Teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills using Applied Behavior Analysis principles Engage actively during sessions and maintain client safety Accurately record treatment data on the child's program goals Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct Daily pay advances for early access to earned wages Competitive pay Rapid career progression opportunities Additional $2 / hr for work after 6 : 30pm or weekends Referral Program – refer a friend and get $1000 if hired Dental and Vision insurance when you work more than 20hrs / week Health insurance when you work more than 30hrs / week Fully paid training to build confidence from day one Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement Education Assistance program Cell phone stipend per pay period Employee Assistance Program

Hours & Compensation
- Hours : Weekdays Monday through Friday 8am – 6pm OR 3 : 30pm - 8pm; Saturdays not required but welcomed in addition to weekday availability
- Job Type : Full-time & Part-time
- Compensation : $20-$28 / hr depending on location
- Spanish fluency adds $0.50 per hour
