Key responsibilities :
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, food safety, inventory management, and brand complianceRecruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring strong leadership and team engagementLead by example in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfactionDrive sales and profitability while managing costs, inventory, and waste controlEnsure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and food handling standardsDevelop a succession plan for team members to support career growth and internal promotionsUtilize problem-solving skills to address challenges and create an efficient, high-energy work environmentAnalyze financial statements, sales data, and operational reports to improve business performanceQualifications :
Experience : 5 years management experience in the restaurant industry required.Leadership : Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop a teamFinancial acumen : Understanding of budgets, P&L statements, and business metricsCustomer-focused : Passion for delivering top-tier guest serviceStrong work ethic : Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per weekProblem-solving ability : Capable of handling high-pressure situations with professionalismTech-savvy : Comfortable with modern POS systems and operational softwareOrganized & detail-oriented : Ability to manage multiple priorities efficientlyWork schedule & physical requirements :
