Key Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and support enterprise contact center applications and unified communications systems
Manage Cisco Unified Call Manager and related components, ensuring high service resiliency
Participate in on-call rotation, perform system upgrades, and support disaster recovery testing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of direct VOIP / telecommunications experience
Minimum 2+ years Networking / Systems experience (WAN, LAN, Firewalls)
Strong knowledge of VOIP, SIP, and QoS
Proficient in Cisco technologies such as CUCM, PCCE, and CVP
