What You Will Be Doing
As a Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores. Using your talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will create the ultimate in-store experience. In this role, you will :
Compensation and Benefits
Sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining base pay with uncapped commissions. Paid training and a ramp-up period are provided during the first 60 days. Paid time off accrues per pay period, with minimums outlined by policy and state law where applicable.

Training Requirements
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of start date. Training may include overnight travel; online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment.
