Responsibilities :
Provide pharmaceutical care including accurate drug dispensing and intravenous admixture preparation.Deliver drug information and consult with medical staff to ensure appropriate medication use.Supervise pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff.Operate under the direction of pharmacy leadership to maintain high standards of patient care.Qualifications :
Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D.) degree from an ACPE-accredited school.Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy.BLS certification required; ACLS certification required for Code Blue response (BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire).Preferred : Doctor of Pharmacy degree and at least 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.Benefits :
