We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Channels Specialist to join our team. The Digital Channels Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the credit union's digital platforms to provide seamless experiences for members and staff. This role will work with multiple departments to support digital channels and increase digital adoption. The ideal candidate will have experience with modern digital banking platforms, as well as a desire to stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

Digital BankingManage internal knowledge base for digital banking.
Provide support for member-facing staff.Open support tickets with third-party providers as neededAssist with configurations and new implementations.Monitor KPI's for digital banking.WebsiteMaintain and update existing webpages with current rates, disclosures, and product information.
Ensure compliance with advertising and website regulations, including accessibility.CommunicationsMaintain and update automated communications
Send communications to members and staff regarding digital banking updates, scheduled maintenance and downtime.MarketingWork with Marketing to design and deploy campaigns to promote digital adoption and awareness.
Assist with marketing communications and events when needed.Required Skills and Proficiencies
