The Director of Perioperative Services will join a DNV-accredited, not-for-profit, critical access hospital known for its dedication to personalized care and safe patient outcomes. We offer a full range of inpatient and outpatient services with strong community roots and a track record of high patient satisfaction.

The Director of Perioperative Services reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and works closely with executive leadership and the OR governance committee to promote and restore optimal patient outcomes. Provides both administrative and clinical oversight, including guiding staff education, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, mentoring new nurses, and supporting quality improvement initiatives. Responsible for budget preparation, managing staffing, and working closely with providers, staff, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a seamless surgical experience for patients. Oversees and manages the perioperative departments at TriState Health including : surgical services, anesthesia services, pre-procedure clinic, post-anesthesia care unit, sterling processing and the same day specialty services unit.

Education :

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field is required. Master's degree preferred.
