Coverage Needed : As soon as credentialed - December 31, 2025 Variable shift start / end time : Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Clinical Details : Patient age range : 13 years and older Average patients per day : 16-18 EMR : Epic Support staff : 1 MA and floor LVN Work setting : Clinic Patient wellness visits, follow up, immediate need, RX re-fills, Physicals, Hospital follow up's, etc. Requirements : Primary Care / Geriatrics experience preferred Active CA License and DEA Local Providers Only, No Travel Reimbursement
