As a Security Professional Bank Location - Unarmed Patrol in Austin, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within financial institution locations. Your primary responsibilities include conducting routine patrols throughout assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that may arise. You will interact with employees, visitors, and clients, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. Position Type : Part Time

Pay Rate : $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

Day Time Mon 07 : 30 AM - 06 : 30 PM

Sat 08 : 30 AM - 01 : 30 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and staff to provide assistance and relay important information as needed.
  • Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary to support incident response at the location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
