Key Responsibilities
Lead complex, cross-functional service initiatives spanning product, operations, support, and business domains
Translate business strategy and user insights into a cohesive service vision and roadmap
Build and maintain service blueprints, journey maps, and ecosystem maps to visualize service logic
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in UX or product design, with at least 3+ years in service or systems design
Strong systems thinking with an understanding of dependencies and feedback loops
Expertise in service design artifacts and collaboration tools like Figma and Miro
Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives across digital and operational touchpoints
Strong change management skills and ability to influence organizational alignment
