Accounting Manager

Location : Miami, Florida - In Office (3 days in Miami, 2 days in Davie)

Salary Range : $100,000 - $110,000

Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager :

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy across financial processes

Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support

Prepare financial statements and assist with month-end close activities

Develop and manage budgets and forecasts

Implement and enhance internal controls and accounting procedures

Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications :

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish

Experience managing accounting staff is a plus

Bachelors in Accounting required

Proven experience implementing process improvements

Aviation industry experience is a strong plus

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
