A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate to work remotely in an Annuity Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
Build rapport with customers and resolve requests on the first contact
Educate customers about their annuity contracts
Utilize multiple systems to meet service level goals and objectives
Required Qualifications
1+ year of customer service experience or an undergraduate degree in lieu of experience
High School Diploma or GED
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites is preferred
Experience in insurance or annuity servicing, hospitality, or retail sales is beneficial
Able to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
