Bloomberg Industry Group is seeking a detailed-oriented and policy-driven self-starter to use data and analysis to ensure our commercial contracts, quoting, and quota retirement are accurate and within policy and provide detailed reporting and analytics to stakeholders in Finance and across the Business. Additionally, your analytical and interpersonal skills will help drive change within policies, processes, and automation. This role requires collaboration with various teams to resolve discrepancies, increase communication & visibility, and create consistency. Review monthly quota retirement, supporting business reporting and analytics, evaluate forecasts, and assist with special projects for corporate support units at Bloomberg Industry Group.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure commercial transactions are within established policies. This includes quoting, contracting, and quota retirement.
• Deliver high-level service to our partners in Sales & Service by resolving quota retirement and policy issues in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy among various teams, and clearly communicating policy and procedures.
• Review and inspect commercial transactions and policy implementations to ensure compliance and reduce error rate.
• Gain a financial and operational understanding of the business, including its mission, products, services, clients, initiatives, employees, etc.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies, including monitoring forecast accuracy, understanding drivers of variances, and providing insightful commentary & analysis for both current and future periods.
• Prepare trend and variance analytics, interpreting data and recommending actions to key stakeholders for optimization.
• Identify areas for technical developments and automation regarding commercial calculation and processing.
• Independently build out ad hoc reporting and perform deep-dive analytics, identify trends, track key KPIs, and extract / summarize key insights for management.
• Assist with management of special projects, with minimal supervision.
• May be assigned other special tasks and projects according to business needs.
