• Night shift 7pm to 7am
• Average 8 admits per shift
• Minimum 7 shifts per month
• Closed ICU unit with dedicated intensivist coverage
• No procedures required
• Medical residents and ICU team manage codes
• Cross coverage and rapid responses required
• Ongoing coverage opportunity
