You will partner with retailers to implement promotional initiatives, introduce new products, manage inventory, and optimize pricing strategies. Accountabilities

Manage sales and distribution within the assigned territory, including merchandising support as needed.

Promote company initiatives to retail partners, such as product launches, promotions, inventory management, and pricing strategies.

Consult with retail partners on category management and business analytics to enhance business performance.

Develop innovative strategies to improve sales and operational results through data analysis, brand marketing, and strategic planning.

Build and maintain systems to track, measure, and report progress on marketing initiatives and other key business metrics.

Participate in leadership development programs to strengthen managerial skills and strategic decision-making.
