Georgia Licensed Breast Nurse Navigator

A company is looking for a Breast Nurse Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage patients for the Comprehensive Breast Health Program and coordinate care across services

Monitor remote patient data and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers

Serve as a clinical resource and participate in educational offerings and performance improvement projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or an accredited Nursing program

Current RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)

BLS certification required upon hire

Minimum 3 years of adult acute care clinical experience, with 2 years in women's or breast health preferred

Experience in case management and / or remote patient management preferred
