Responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance for policy and procedures and leading projects related to airport operations. This job is a member of the Airport Operations Performance Readiness team within our Airport Operations Support group.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for Customer Operations baggage policies and procedures and related baggage and MBR improvement initiatives
• Responsible for Customer Operations uniform policies and procedures
• Responsible for Exterior Security Search policies and procedures
• Participates in working with various groups across the company
• Supports the overall team with important policy and procedure initiatives including weight and balance tracking, compliance, and initiative development
• Must be willing to travel on company business when necessary
