Requirements :

  • Acquaint yourself with our shipping and warehouse operation processes.

  • Physically fit and able to stand and walk for long periods.
  • Ability to lift, move and carry materials up to 30 lbs.
  • Process product orders using the FIFO method through our ERP system.
  • Effectively utilize computer systems to manage and process shipping documents.
  • Maintain organization and control over shipping documents and Proof of Delivery (POD) records.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Accurate counting skills.
  • Contribute to inventory management and participate in regular stock audits.

  • Adhere to safety and security protocols within the warehouse.
  • Qualifications : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry.

    Able to use ERP is a big plus.

    Exceptional multitasking abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.

    Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration and interdepartmental communication.

    Self-motivated and capable of working independently after initial training.

    Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred.
