The Senior Manager, People leads the development and execution of human resources strategies aligned with business objectives, driving organizational change and talent management initiatives. This role ensures compliance with applicable laws and company policies while fostering a culture of integrity and continuous improvement. By leveraging data analysis and cross-functional collaboration, the Director supports workforce development, succession planning, and operational excellence. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
