Location :  Columbus, MS

Job Type :  Full-time

Compensation :

Base salary : $160,000–$180,000, depending on experience

Bonus structure : Performance-based incentives available

We’re seeking a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)  to join our mission-driven team. This is a unique opportunity to break from the constraints of volume-based medicine and become a key leader in a care model that prioritizes  root-cause solutions ,  functional improvement , and  conservative treatment .

Position Overview

As our in-house DO, you’ll collaborate with chiropractors, rehab techs, and case managers to design and oversee care plans, perform medical evaluations, and support conservative care pathways. You’ll bring clinical oversight to a team that’s passionate about delivering real results—without unnecessary prescriptions or procedures.

This role is ideal for a physician who’s burned out on bureaucracy, motivated by impact, and ready to be part of a progressive, integrated care model .

What You’ll Do

  • Perform initial medical evaluations and physical exams
  • Review and interpret diagnostics and imaging
  • Collaborate with providers on care plans
  • Support documentation of medical necessity for insurance cases
  • Provide medical clearance and oversight as needed
  • Identify when advanced diagnostics or referrals are truly necessary
  • Optionally offer trigger point or joint injections (if certified)
  • Participate in case reviews and interdisciplinary planning

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed DO in Mississippi (or eligible)
  • Board-certified or board-eligible
  • Comfortable in a collaborative, fast-paced care environment
  • Strong belief in functional, conservative treatment models
  • Clear communicator with a passion for helping patients reclaim function and mobility
  • Bonus Points For

  • Background in physical medicine, integrative health, or functional medicine
  • Certification in trigger point or joint injections
  • Prior experience working in a medically integrated or multidisciplinary clinic
