Overview

Grow Therapy is on a mission to be the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice and patients accessing high-quality care. We are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. We are building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters to expand access to mental health care.

Since launching in February 2021, we've empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and the insurance landscape. We have raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.

The Opportunity :

We are looking for a QA Engineer with a strong background in the software development life cycle. You'll help us deliver features to Grow Therapy providers and clients that deliver the data, tools, and support they need to establish deep connections with each other, unlock lifelong mental health support, and drive positive mental health outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, mission-aligned QA engineer to make an immediate impact on our rapidly scaling team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build and run test plans for large feature launches
  • Identify improvements in QA processes to improve software development life cycle
  • Own end-to-end defect tracking and resolution processes
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on team's surface area and how it interacts with other team surface areas
  • Analyze complex systems to identify high-risk areas and test scenarios which will be challenging to verify
  • Design and execute test cases that go beyond happy-path scenarios, including edge cases, negative testing, and boundary conditions

You'll Be a Good Fit If

  • You have 3+ years of proven Manual QA experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • You pride yourself on your attention to detail and customer empathy to ensure we are providing a best-in-class experience to our users
  • You have a strong bias for action and can drive value with little-to-no guidance
  • You enjoy communicating effectively and building relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • You welcome ambiguity and leverage structured thinking to solve problems
  • You have excellent cross-functional skills and the ability to switch between projects quickly
  • Nice to Have

  • Prior experience working across multiple engineering teams
  • Accessibility testing experience (WCAG)
  • Experience testing AI-driven features or using modern AI tools to boost your productivity
  • Exposure to health-tech data / EHR integrations
  • Employment Type : Full-Time, Exempt
  • Base Compensation : The base compensation range for this position is $120,000-$135,000 USD annually
  • Benefits

  • Comprehensive Health Coverage : Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus life and disability coverage
  • Parental Leave & Family Support : Up to 18 weeks paid leave and a new child stipend
  • Financial Wellness : 401(k) program and equity opportunities
  • Meals & Home Office Support : Stipends for home office setup and ongoing funds for meals
  • Time Off to Recharge : Flexible PTO, 12 paid holidays, and a full winter break week
  • Wellness & Development : Annual stipends for therapy and personal & professional growth
  • Mental & Physical Health Support : Flexible hours for self-care and memberships to wellness apps
  • Extra Perks : Pet insurance discounts, commuter benefits, and global travel assistance
  • Equality and Compliance
