Rotational Insurance Internship (Paid - Dallas, TX - Summer 2026)

This internship will allow you to experience a unique hands-on internship opportunity where you will rotate through several departments based on different lines of insurance, sales and more! Exposure will include but not be limited to employee benefits, benefit administration technology, business insurance, personal insurance, financial services / 401k, and sales. This role will provide opportunities for both collaborative and independent work. As part of our internship program, you will also work across various departments on team projects and cross-functional intern initiatives. The Plexus Groupe summer internship program will run from June 1st through July 31st, 2026. Each summer, Plexus partners with the Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers (CIAB) on their scholarship program, allowing Plexus to make an intern nomination to win a monetary award towards their college education.

Essential Functions :

• Participate in department meetings and work with multiple Plexus teams to address client needs or contribute towards current projects
• Utilize various forms of technology to generate internal resources and external deliverables

Position Type and Expected Work Hours : This is a full-time position during the specified internship dates. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00 pm, with some flexibility in hours. Compensation : This is a non-exempt position and the hourly rate is $20.00 per hour. Benefits are not provided for internships.
