Job Description

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and regulatory requirements. Resolve project issues and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a General Contractor. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with a proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
