Key Responsibilities
Architect and execute enterprise business strategies aligned with Eliassen’s IT and operational goals
Lead the configuration and optimization of Salesforce (including AI Agents) and Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud to support business outcomes
Translating strategic objectives into actionable business and technology roadmaps
Redesign business processes for scalability, efficiency, and strategic alignment
Ensure technology platforms (Salesforce, Bullhorn, Kantata PSA) support business architecture goals
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure cross-functional alignment
Develop change management frameworks to support adoption of new processes and technologies
Define and monitor KPIs to measure success of business architecture initiatives
Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and solution designs
Ensure compliance with global data privacy and IT security standards

Required Certifications / Education
Bachelor’s degree in business architecture, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in business architecture or enterprise strategy roles
Experience in Talent Solutions (technology staffing), Professional Services, or Clinical Solutions preferred
Additional Requirements
Proven success in aligning business architecture with enterprise application strategies
Hands-on experience with Salesforce AI Agents and Bullhorn Automation
Demonstrated leadership in change management and process transformation
Ability to communicate complex business and technology concepts to diverse audiences
Base Salary Range : $155,000 - $165,000
The base salary rate will be commensurate with previous experience and relevant skills and knowledge.
This position includes additional variable compensation in the form of an annual / quarterly bonus opportunity.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits : medical (choice of 3 plans, some with an Employer HSA contribution), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits, basic life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO consisting of 10 holidays, 5 sick days (or more if required by law in the state / locality where you work), 15+ days of vacation (based on tenure), bereavement leave, and 6-8 weeks paid maternity / disability leave and 2-4 weeks paid parental leave (based on tenure).
