We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dialysis Clinical Manager to oversee the operations of our dialysis center in Lubbock, Texas. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for managing both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis departments. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of top-notch care and maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.

The Kidney Care Center has two clinic locations in Lubbock, TX and Hobbs, NM. We offer Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis for patients. Our clinics are open Monday-Saturday. Closed on Sundays.

Lubbock has 3 shifts on MWF and 2 shifts on TTS.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the day-to-day clinical operations of both the hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis departments.
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff, ensuring they adhere to best practices and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory, equipment, and supplies necessary for dialysis treatment.
• Oversee the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and patient education programs.
• Act as a resource and support for patients and their families, addressing their concerns and questions.
• Prepare and submit reports on clinic performance and outcomes.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the clinic.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members. Providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities to ensure staff meetings and in-services elevate your staff performance.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages growth, teamwork, and open communication.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, their families, and the local community.
• Support the clinical staff to ensure patient treatments are uninterrupted.
