Responsibilities

The Senior Logistics Analyst is responsible for the execution of transportation and fulfillment operations to get product delivered to the final customer; Ensure visibility and delivery / return of products within the supply chain; Partners with and manage Fulfillment & Logistics providers in getting products to and from customers including cost, velocity and quality.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for carrier selection, order routing and lead-time maintenance.
• Identifies opportunities to improve the supply chain, assists with escalation resolution, and leads the day-to-day operational aspects of transportation and fulfillment operations.
• Implements and executes process change.
• Analyzes the logistical resources required to effectively and efficiently flow products through the supply chain.
• Manages Fulfillment & Logistics provider's service levels and KPI's.
• Accountable for the backlog and capacity management of the fulfillment locations.
• Responsible for exception management including expedites, order prioritizing and delivery escalation.
